First Day of School

School has officially started at our house!  We kicked off bright and early but made sure to get a "first day of school" pic:

We keep a fixed routine during our homeschool year.  The girls eat breakfast, make beds, get dressed/brush teeth, and we start school at 9am.

We will meet for Classical Conversations on Wednesday which is going to be a big change for us--previously on Monday.

I am humbled and thrilled to be discipling my girls! This is my best teaching job ever!

  2. I think it is so awesome that you are able to do this. If I am ever blessed with children I have wanted to home school (even though about 80% of my family are teachers as was I). Good luck to you this year and the change from CC to Wednesday's

  5. These pics are so sweet! I think I have told you this before, but one of these days I will have to pick you brain about homeschooling. We have been praying since BD came into this world about our schooling decisions… and I am still unsure and okay with that! If you have any books you recommend, let me know! :)
