12 YEARS

Graham and I celebrated our twelfth anniversary on Sunday.   Here's a little walk down memory lane...

I don't know why I kept our first date movie ticket stub.  I guess I knew it'd be my last first date and the first day of the rest of my life!

For my coffee lover, I gifted him a Chemex.  He's in love!

THROWBACK THURSDAY...

On our honeymoon, we had a caricaturist (is that a word?) draw us.  When he turned the finished product around, we smiled, payed him, went on our way, and laughed our butts off.  It's really, really, bad, right?  That doesn't look anything like us...RIGHT?

What I'm Reading...

or should I say...what we're reading.

I love reading books with my husband.

This is a wonderful book on marriage by Paul David Tripp.  Many marriage books don't address the fact that we are all married to sinners and vice versa. Most marital problems/issues, big and small, stem from sin...it's just the reality of it.  Growing more in love with our Lord thwarts sin as our desires become in line with His desires.  As we grow in godliness, so does our marriage.
