Favorite Treat

Pregnancy craving?  I don't know about that, but this little treat is TOP NOTCH!


Take about a cup of frozen blueberries (no need to thaw them)
(I'm sure any frozen fruit would work.  I just used the blueberries I normally put in my smoothies.)
Coat the berries with about 2 TBSP of lite whipped cream.
And there you have it--so.good.
Plus, it's only about 125 calories.
Better than ice cream!
