Tomato Cage Christmas Trees

On a whim, I bought some tomato cages from Lowe's ($4 for the big ones).  Then, I sprayed the cages RED!  I wrapped the cages in lights, mesh, garland, and put a bow on top (not a fan of the bows, but I had two of them so it works). I stuck the cage in planters, but you don't have to do that necessarily.
*Side Note:  other than the cages and lights, I didn't spend any money.  I kinda just threw the things together quickly.  I know I could do better next year with some burlap, better garland, maybe some mix of colored bulb lights, woodsy star, and twine?  (just a thought)  But for now, I'm happy.

They actually look really fantastic from the driveway--really festive!

This is a cheap, easy (REALLY easy) way to brighten up your entryway.
