New Swing Set

Thanks to Na, Pops, Aunt Ann, and Aunt Dorothy, the girls now have a swing set in their backyard!

It arrived a week ago and Graham put it together.

These aren't swings, they're airplanes...didn't you know?

 

 

Graham and I had some fun conversations remembering the swing sets we had as kids.  They haven't changed much, but instead of a teeter totter--it's now called an air glider.  Instead of a "hanging bar" it's a trapeze bar!  We'll get the lingo sooner or later.  For now, the kids have made up their own names:  train, horse, airplane, etc.  Love those imaginations!
